Elvish Yadav, recently granted bail in the snake venom case by a Noida court, now faces charges in Gurugram for using prohibited snakes in his videos.

Charges Against Elvish Yadav and Rahul Yadav

Gurugram Police booked Elvish Yadav and singer Rahul Yadav, known as Fazalpuria, following a court order prompted by animal rights activist Saurabh Gupta's complaint.

Court Intervention

Saurabh Gupta, associated with BJP MP Maneka Gandhi's People for Animals, approached the court alleging the use of prohibited snakes in a viral video shot by Elvish Yadav in a Gurugram mall.

Multiple Cases Against  Elvish Yadav

With the recent case, Elvish Yadav now faces three cases in Delhi-NCR, including two related to rare snakes and one for assaulting YouTuber Maxtern.

Allegations of Snake  Venom Supply

Elvish Yadav was also accused of supplying snake venom to a rave party in Noida, a case filed by Maneka Gandhi's PFA.

Confessions and Organized Rave Party

Reports suggest that Elvish confessed to arranging snake venom for rave parties, organized by Maneka Gandhi's PFA as a decoy to uncover those involved in supplying snake venom.

Additional Complaints

Apart from the mentioned cases, there are several complaints against Elvish Yadav for alleged threats towards individuals.
