Rishab Shetty and Sapthami Gowda-starrer Kantara has been shortlisted in two categories at Oscars 2023—Best Picture and Best Actor
Kantara lead actor, director, and writer Rishab Shetty tweeted, “We are overjoyed to share that ‘Kantara’ has received 2 Oscar qualifications! A heartfelt thank you to all who have supported us…”
Producer Vijay Kiragandur said, “We are ecstatic and elated at the same time after seeing the contention list. Kantara has been a divine blessing to us. We are making every effort to promote the movie and we will do whatever it takes to qualify for the nominations.”
