The fourth generation of the Maruti Swift has been officially launched in India, with prices commencing from Rs. 6.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
The 2024 Swift showcases refreshed front and rear bumpers, LED DRLs, gloss black front grille, LED fog lights, and 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. Two new colours, Luster Blue and Novel Orange, have been introduced along with three dual-tone options.
Inside, the latest Swift boasts a new dashboard with Piano Black treatment, Satin Matte Silver inserts, asymmetric dials for the instrument console, and a nine-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen system. Notable features include wireless charger, Suzuki Connect, rear AC vents, and keyless entry.
The car is equipped with cruise control, wireless phone mirroring, 60:40 split rear seats, six airbags, ESP, brake assist, three-point seatbelts with reminders, and a reverse parking camera.
Powering the 2024 Swift is a new 1.2-litre, three-cylinder, Z Series petrol engine generating 80bhp and 112Nm of torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual unit and an AMT unit.
Customers can opt for five variants - LXi, VXi, VXi(O), ZXi, and ZXi+ - each offering distinct features and specifications.
Variant-wise prices (ex-showroom) range from Rs. 6.49 lakh for the LXi variant to Rs. 9.64 lakh for the ZXi+ AGS dual-tone variant.
Maruti Suzuki offers two custom accessory packages to enhance the Swift’s aesthetics and functionality, providing additional options for buyers.
