By Alan J John

Virat Kohli added a new IPL record to his name with his fifty against SRH.

Kohli has been in fine form for RCB this season with the bat.

Kohli went past the 400-run mark for the season during his knock in Hyderabad.

With this, Kohli became the first player to hit 400 runs in 10 seasons in the IPL.

Kohli went past Suresh Raina and David Warner, who had done it 9 times during their IPL career.

The RCB star would also go past the 4000-run mark as an opener in IPL.

However, Kohli had a slow innings on Thursday as he scored 51 off 43 balls.
