Telecom Operator Vodafone Idea has launched its Rs 18,000 crore follow-on public offering (FPO) on Thursday, April 18. The issue is open for bidding until Monday, April 22.
The price band has been fixed at Rs 10-11 with a lot size of 1,298 equity shares, which entirely is a sale of 16,363,636,363 fresh equity shares.
The grey market premium (GMP) for the Vodafone Idea's issue has been around Rs 1.40-1.50 apiece, suggesting an upside of 13.65 per cent for the investor based on the current trends.
Axis Capital, Jefferies India and SBI Capital Markets are the book running lead managers of the Vodafone Idea FPO, while Link Intime India Private Ltd is the registrar for the issue.
A host of brokerage firms have shared their views on the company. Majority of them are positive on the issue, while some remain neutral on it. On the other hand, some analysts have not rated the issue.
Brokerage firms including Canara Bank, StoxBox, IIFL Securities, Geojit Financial Services and Arihant Capital Markets have suggested investors to subscribe to the issue.
Other brokerage firms including Axis Capital, Ashika Stock Broking and Ventura Securities have not rated the issue, while Swastika InvestMart has a 'neutral' view on the Vodafone Idea's FPO.
